Chandler PRP Clarity
Chandler has local care for a sore joint
Where can I find prp therapy near me? The closest office listed here is QC Kinetix (Chandler).
The address is 1100 S. Dobson Road, Suite 210. The visit begins with an exam of the sore area.
Before you go, note which motion sets off the ache. That gives the doctor or nurse a firm place to begin.
Work and recreation can keep a joint sore
Long shifts, stairs and fixed work positions may bother a knee, heel or shoulder. Pickleball adds quick stops, side steps and repeated reaching.
A longer walk on the Paseo Trail may bring out hip or knee soreness. Tell the provider where the ache starts and when it fades.
The painful activity tells the provider what to check first. It also gives you a clear way to check progress.
A local exam can sort out the cause
Repeated reaching can bother a shoulder joint, strain a muscle or damage a tendon. The exam helps tell those problems apart before care begins.
QC Kinetix (Chandler) may discuss regenerative treatments, including concentrated PRP, the blood layer with extra clot-forming platelets saved by machine and placed by trained medical providers. PRP is considered only when the exam and medical review support it.
Ask the provider to name the sore tissue and explain the finding. When the explanation remains confusing, ask to see it on the exam or X-ray.
Bring the details that affect care
Write down how the ache started and which motion brings it back. Take a medicine list, earlier test results and notes on past care.
Ask what the visit covers and which daily task will measure progress. For office details, call (602) 837-PAIN, also written (602) 837-7246.
You'll also want a contact name for aftercare. Keep that number with the care notes you receive.
Arrive early enough for parking, check-in and a medicine review. Your written notes can carry the details once the visit begins.

The DEPA classification was built because platelet and leukocyte counts alone do not describe an injection. Applied retrospectively to 20 published PRP preparations, the dose of injected platelets ranged from 0.21 billion to 5.43 billion - a 25-fold spread. No device recovered more than 90% of the platelets in the blood drawn, and most preparations were contaminated with red blood cells: only three of the devices reached a purity score corresponding to more than 90% platelets relative to red cells and leukocytes.

A systematic review and meta-analysis of platelet dosage across musculoskeletal conditions identified a potential dose-response relationship in knee osteoarthritis, with an apparent threshold above 10 billion platelets for favourable clinical outcomes, and the effect more pronounced for function than for pain. For conditions other than knee OA the authors found the literature too unclear to identify an optimal dose.

Medicare's national coverage policy covers autologous platelet-rich plasma ONLY for patients with chronic non-healing diabetic, pressure and/or venous wounds, and only within an approved coverage-with-evidence-development clinical study. There is no Medicare national coverage for PRP in osteoarthritis or tendinopathy, which is why these injections are billed to the patient as cash-pay.
